SIT40516 – Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery qualification has been superseded and replaced by SIT40521 – Certificate IV in Kitchen Management. All current students in ABM, who do not complete the superseded course by 10th June 2023 would be transitioned to the current release of SIT40521 – Certificate IV in Kitchen Management without any additional charges. Students & agents will be notified when transition is in effect.
