Work placement arrangements
🔍 Work Placement Details
During your work placement, you will complete the following units:
- HLTINF006– Infection prevention and control
- HLTAIN001– Assist with nursing care in an acute care setting
- CHCCCS031– Provide individualised support
Support includes:
- Work placement agreement provided and explained by ABM
- Supervision by qualified trainers/assessors
- Logbook instruction and support
- Flexible shifts based on business needs (approx. 5 hours per shift)
- Additional shifts may be required to meet the 80-hour requirement
