Practical In-Class Training: Participants will engage in hands-on activities, covering:
- Occasion 1 (A): Proper use of uniform, personal protective equipment, hand-washing, and hygiene practices.
- Occasion 2 (B/C): Receiving and storing food, and calibrating temperature probes.
- Occasion 3 (D/E): Safe food preparation, display, serving, packaging, and transport.
- Occasion 4 (F/G): Cleaning, disposing of food, and hazard identification.

In line with NSW legislation, Food Safety Supervisors must renew their certification every five years to remain compliant with food safety regulations. Refresher training is mandatory.
If your certificate expired more than 90 days ago, then this course is no longer available to you and you will need to complete the full Food Safety Supervisor course offered here at ABM.
NOTE: This is a condensed FSS course, specifically designed for the re-certification of existing NSW Food Safety Supervisor students. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be issued a Statement of Attainment (with the latest Accredited Food Safety Supervisor units) and a NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate valid for an additional 5 years.
