This decision was made after careful consideration of the current costs associated with the re-assessment process, including administrative expenses and the cost of providing qualified assessors. We understand that this news may be concerning to some of you, but we would like to assure you that we have taken steps to ensure that this change is necessary and fair. Our goal is to maintain the high quality of our academic programs and to ensure that our students receive the best possible education. We would like to emphasize that the first re-assessment will still be free of charge for all students. This means that you will not be charged the re-assessment fee if you need to retake a unit for the first time. We believe that this will give students the opportunity to learn from their mistakes and to improve their performance without facing financial burdens. We understand that there may be circumstances where students need to retake a unit, and we want to ensure that these opportunities are available to you. However, we also believe that it is important to encourage students to take their studies seriously and to work hard to achieve their goals. We encourage you to take advantage of the resources that are available to you, such as academic support services and tutoring, to help you succeed in your studies.
