We are thrilled to announce the launch of our ABM Elite Cooking Class Series, beginning with Series 1: Mastering Patisserie. This exciting class will be held on 22nd July 2024 from 1pm to 5pm at the Haymarket Kitchen.
Join us for an exclusive hands-on experience led by the renowned chef David OH, our Academic Course Coordinator. With a rich background as a pastry chef at prestigious establishments such as Bennelong Restaurant (Opera House), Mos Cafe (Museum of Sydney), Rocket Restaurant (Chatswood), and Pasticceria Mancuso (Burwood), David brings unparalleled expertise to this masterclass.
Class Description:
Designed for students pursuing their Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, this class is perfect for those looking to advance their patisserie skills. During this session, you will learn to:
- Bake classic French pastries
- Master pastry doughs
- Apply decorating techniques
- Create choux pastry
- Build a Croquembouche
- Temper chocolate
