ABM hosted a free demo class for the Certificate III in Health Service Assistance on 5 December with our trainer, Yoshiko, to give agents and prospective students a chance to see the class in action, experience how the training is delivered, and build confidence and excitement before the official course begins on 12 January 2026.

The Certificate III in Health Service Assistance is a 16-week course designed to equip students with practical skills and knowledge for a career in healthcare support. It includes 80 hours of industry placement, giving students hands-on experience in real healthcare settings, and offers paid job opportunities upon completion.
