The course is delivered in 4 stages, building your skills step by step:

Work experience is a mandatory component of this course.
• 32 hours of work placement
• Completed in a gym or fitness facility
• Supervised by a qualified Personal Trainer
ABM provides guidance to help you organise and complete your placement.
You will complete:
